"Motivation for work YES"

“Human goodness can be found in every person, even in the group that everyone would like to condemn.” – VE Frankl

This lecture is intended to help people who have been assigned by their local government to perform public works. Instead of indifference or resistance, we call for change. Our goal is not only to fulfill our duty, but also to give people the opportunity to understand their value, responsibility, and opportunities for the future.

Why is this important?

Changing attitudes – the lecture encourages a person to ask themselves: do I want to be a constant seeker of support, or a person who can change the direction of their life?

Work with meaning – when activity acquires a purpose, motivation arises. Community service becomes an opportunity, not a punishment.

Inspiration through fellowship – as M. Martinaitis said: “A person who works and is able to work is calm.” Joint activities bring people closer, build trust, and empower a person.

"Art brings us closer"

"Every person has the right to a second chance – and art can be the first step towards it."

This project gives convicts the opportunity to express themselves through painting. Through their creativity, they share emotions, experiences, and life stories that not only help them change themselves, but also change the perception of society.

Why is this important?

Rehabilitation and self-esteem - art helps cope with stress, encourages reflection, strengthens self-confidence, and helps return to life after serving a sentence.

Empathy in society - exhibitions allow the public to see convicts as people - creators, not just criminals. This helps reduce stereotypes and develop understanding.

Prevention for youth - works convey real life lessons. They can become an inspiration for change not only for the authors themselves, but also for the audience - especially the youth.

"Culture for all"

"When we hear the true stories of others, we become more sensitive, more human."

The Culture for All project invites the poor, homeless, and disabled to express themselves through theater. Their personal stories become the basis of the performance – a living, moving narrative that unites the community.

Why is this important?

Self-expression through art - people who have experienced social exclusion are given a safe space to speak - not through documents or requests for help, but through theater.

Inclusion and respect - the project shows that every person, regardless of status or health, has something to say. Their participation in the performance restores dignity and strengthens self-esteem.

Empathy building - viewers have the opportunity to hear real, unvarnished stories - this creates understanding, solidarity, and changes the community's perspective.
