Prevention

Let's build life before it falls apart.

Why prevention is important

Every story begins with a choice, whether conscious or not. Often it is not the fault of one person, but a consequence of circumstances, environment and lifestyle. Prevention means that we try to prevent something that may be difficult to fix later.

If at least one person decides to change their life, our work will not be in vain.

We invite you to contribute

Whether you've been on that path or just want to help, you can be part of the change.

Invite us to your school or community

  • Become a volunteer

  • Share our message

  • Give support – even a small contribution helps spread the light

Prevention starts with all of us. Help us show that life can be different.

What drugs, alcohol and smoking really cost

Drugs

It takes away your clear thinking, your will, and ultimately – yourself.

  • Destroys relationships, families, trust

  • Causes psychosis, paranoia, strong addiction

  • Can lead to theft, violence, prison, and death

"When I used it, I no longer understood who I was. My body was there, but my soul was gone."

Smoking

It starts out of curiosity or a desire to fit in. The end is slow, silent destruction.

  • Leads to cancer, respiratory diseases, heart problems

  • Harmful not only to you, but also to those around you (passive smoking)

  • An addiction that is difficult to break – but possible

"It seemed like a small thing. But every puff was a small blow to my health."

Alcohol

Encourages aggression, making stupid, dangerous decisions

  • Destroys the liver, heart, memory

  • Like a legal poison that slowly leads to the bottom

  • Used as a "medicine" – but only causes deeper pain

"It was better every day that I didn't feel anything. But every morning when I woke up, I felt even worse."

You can stop. And start again.

Society often romanticizes alcohol as a sign of freedom. But we know: it's not freedom - it's a cage.

There is no such thing as "controlled use" when it comes to addictions.

  • Everyone thinks they can handle it – until it's too late.

Even if you are in deep, there is always a way back.
Every choice you make today creates a freer future for you.
It's not too late to say "enough."
